The Sovereign Flame

This is not a ritual for fixing. Or chasing. Or proving. This is for when you’ve had enough. Of the performance. Of the pressure. Of trying to squeeze your full self into something smaller just to be accepted.

This is for the moment you decide to come home to yourself
fully, wildly, unapologetically.

No audience. No prize.  No more pretending.

This is for the ones who:

  • Are done trying to win at systems they never agreed to

  • Are waking up from burnout, shutdown, or invisibility

  • Want to feel whole without having to be “better”

  • Are ready to remember their power in their own language, their own body, their own flame

Step 1: Light the Flame
  • Choose a candle—any color, any shape.

  • Let it be instinctual.

  • As you light it, speak:

This is not a symbol of longing.
This is my fire.
This is my signal.
This is my self—seen, sovereign, and alive.

Step 2: Anoint the Body
  • Touch your skin with oil, lotion, or water.

  • Move slow. Move present. Move with care.

  • Whisper:

I am not unloved.
I am unmatched.
And that is not a flaw.
It is a frequency.

Step 3: Let Go
  • Create a list

    • Write down:

    • What you’re done tolerating

    • What you’re no longer available for

    • What parts of your old self you’re ready to release

  • Then—destroy it.

    • Burn it carefully in a fire-safe bowl or outside or tear it into pieces with intention.

🔥 If you burn: be safe. Don’t do this near anything flammable. Never leave the flame unattended. Respect the fire. It’s yours now.

  • Let the smoke (or the scraps) carry it away.

Step 4: Call In
  • Now—from that cleared space, write a second list:

  • This one holds:

    • What you’re calling in

    • What your body needs to feel safe, seen, and desired

    • What love or life looks like when it’s finally true

  • Fold it. Place it somewhere sacred: Under your pillow. In your altar. Next to your flame.

  • This isn’t a wish.

  • It’s a spell made of memory.

Step 5: Return to the Body
  • Do something that brings you back to yourself.

    • Not performance. Not ritual aesthetic. Real return.

    • You might:

      • Dance in the dark

      • Lay still and breathe

      • Touch yourself like prayer

      • Cry

      • Laugh

      • Put on music

      • Stand in the mirror and stare back without apology

  • This is not a performance of power.

  • This is its presence.

Step 5: Closing Words

I am not not waiting.
I am not behind.
I are not too much.

I am a sovereign flame.

I am the SUN.
