Is this confidential?

YES.  Your session will not be recorded, and I will not take notes or keep any records of participants.  I also do not disclose anything shared with anyone.  I am not a therapist.  I am not a coach.  I am purely your witness.  I completely understand if a non-disclosure agreement is required.  I would be happy to sign one.  You can have your team email me at sun@thehouseofthesun.com.

Can I have multiple sessions?

Yes, if you found the first session helpful, you can book another session.  When you are ready to book, you do not need to complete the intake form again.  Email sun@thehouseofthesun.com, and I will send you a scheduling link. Each session does carry a seperate fee.

Is there an age requirement? 

At this time, I am only working with individuals 18 years or older.  You are welcome to email me at sun@thehouseofthesun.com if you have additional questions.

What happens after I book the session? 

Once you book your session, I will send you some preparatory materials for your session.  These will include a detailed overview of the process as well as some prompts to get you thinking ahead of time.  You will get more out of your time if you have an idea of what you want to share.

What happens if I cry or get emotional?
All of you is welcome here. Crying, silence, anger, laughter—whatever shows up in the session is sacred. There’s no “wrong” way to show up.

Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?
Due to the nature of this work, sessions are non-refundable. However, one reschedule is allowed with 24+ hours notice.

Is this like therapy or coaching?
This is neither. I do not diagnose, treat, or advise. This is a sacred container for you to be witnessed in your fullness, outside of hierarchy, fixing, or analysis.

Is this religious or spiritual?
The container is spiritual in tone but not tied to any specific religion or dogma. You are free to bring your own beliefs, doubts, or questions.

What if I get stuck or don’t know what to say?
Prompts are available if needed. Silence is also sacred here. There’s no pressure to perform. You don’t have to “get it right.” You only need to show up.
