Welcome to the House of the Sun!
 

The House of the Sun helps people and organizations understand modern human life more clearly, recover from what unsupportive systems do to them, and redesign those systems so humans can live, work, grieve, lead, and belong with more truth and less harm.

What This House Holds

Literacy

Learning to see clearly. This includes propaganda, cultural scripts, shame, work myths, AI hype, adulthood myths, and the stories people inherit without realizing they are allowed to question them.

Resilience

Learning how humans respond to pressure, grief, loneliness, uncertainty, burnout, shame, and systems that were not built with their bodies or identities in mind. This is where nervous system literacy, repair, rest, self-trust, and capacity live.

Human Systems Design

Learning how to change the conditions. This includes redesigning work, leadership, belonging, care, learning, and technology so systems support human capacity instead of consuming it.

The Sun Works Differently

The House of the Sun does not ask humans to become machines in order to be taken seriously.

This work makes room for softness, humor, grief, beauty, pajamas, gold, sparkle, and rigor — because the human body is not a distraction from the work. It is part of the work.

I call myself The Sun because this body of work is built around warmth, visibility, repair, and return. The goal is not to impress people with complexity. The goal is to bring enough light to an experience that people can finally see what they are carrying.​
