Human Systems Design
Human Systems Design is where we ask what comes after we see clearly and tend the human cost. This work looks at the systems around us — workplaces, schools, communities, technologies, policies, relationships, and rituals — and asks whether they actually support human life or quietly consume it.
Instead of blaming people for predictable outcomes like burnout, silence, mistrust, shame, or disengagement, Human Systems Design examines the conditions producing those outcomes and imagines better ones. It is the practice of redesigning the room, the workflow, the policy, the language, and the structure so humans do not have to disappear to belong.
